Pool terms

A pool funds one palm-production cycle at Elele. The cycle is the harvest and the mill for that period. It is not the life of a seedling, and it is not a deposit with a bank.

The pool you open states its name, the amount it is raising, the length, and the return. Those figures on the pool are the terms of that cycle.

A cycle runs for eight, ten, or twelve months. Eight months is a 25% return, ten months is 28%, and twelve months is 30%. The return is on the amount you put into that pool, for that cycle.

The stated return is the terms of the cycle. It is not a guarantee that the harvest will meet them. A harvest can miss. Past cycles are not a promise of the next one.

At the close of the cycle, what you are due is calculated in naira from the amount you funded and the return on that pool. QuikVest pays that sum to your wallet, or to the bank account you have given, once the payout is confirmed.

The smallest funding is ₦100,000. You can fund only what your wallet holds, and only up to the room left in the pool.

Money in the wallet, before it is put into a pool, is held with Fidelity Bank Nigeria. Once you fund a pool, that sum leaves the wallet and joins the cycle.

You cannot treat a funding as a withdrawal on demand. It stays in the cycle until the cycle closes, unless QuikVest tells you the pool will not proceed and returns what you paid in.

Before a funding is taken, you confirm that you have read these terms. QuikVest keeps the version and the time of that acceptance with the funding.

If these terms change, a funding already made stays on the version you accepted. A later funding needs the version then in force.
